PRODUCTION & SHIPPING


WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME? 

Production time varies depending on the item ordered, as each piece is handcrafted and made to order. We strive to keep the estimated production times updated at the top of each product listing; however, these times may change due to higher order volumes, especially during the holidays or sales events. If you need an item by a specific date or for a special event, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that shipping time is not included in the production time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. The cost typically ranges from $12 to $18, depending on your location (calculated at checkout). Shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination. Please be aware that once your order arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to additional fees and/or customs duties. Indigo Row is not responsible for these charges.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We ship via USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 3-5 days, depending on your location, weather conditions, and USPS shipping volumes. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is ready to ship. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. Keep in mind that during busy periods, USPS tracking may not update as frequently, but if it's been more than 48 hours, feel free to reach out to our team with any questions.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES




DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

At Indigo Row, each piece of jewelry is made to order and crafted to your specifications. Because of this, we can only accept returns or exchanges for Ready-to-Ship items. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 

WHAT IS A READY-TO-SHIP ITEM?

Ready-to-Ship items are finished pieces already in our inventory and ship within one week. The only customization for a Ready-to-Ship piece is selecting the finished metal. All other items on our site, where you choose the stone, design, size, and metal finish, are customized and created specifically for you. These are not considered Ready-to-Ship.

 

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

 

Ready-to-Ship products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. For eligible returns, we will issue store credit for the full value of the item, minus any shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely.

 

Size-related returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please double-check your size before ordering. You can get sized at a local jeweler or order a ring sizer here.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us  within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this return and exchange policy, including the exclusions for custom-made items.

 

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES?

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are here to ensure you love your Indigo Row piece. We take great pride in using the highest quality materials to craft each of our pieces, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you experience any issues with your item, please contact us right away, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

HOW DO WE CARE FOR OUR JEWELRY?


We want your pieces to last as long as possible but we also want them to get lots of love. Although we create them with every day use in mind, please see our Care Instructions page for more tips on always keeping them in tip top shape.
 

 

COMMON QUESTIONS

CAN THE RINGS BE RESIZED?

Most of our pieces CANNOT be resized so it is best to know your ring size prior to purchasing. We suggest stopping in a local jewelry store for the most accurate sizing or purchasing a ring sizer from our site. If you happen to order the incorrect size, we can exchange a non-custom piece for a different size under out return policy outline above. There may be additional production time delays if we do not have the size needed in stock and have to make it.

ELECTROFORMING WITH COPPER

Each stone ring is crafted using a distinctive process called electroforming. We take great care in using only the highest quality materials to create our pieces. Our standard rings begin with a copper core, and we use copper to form the metal around the stone. All rings are then fully plated with a luxurious layer of 18K rose gold, 18K gold, or silver. We use the thickest plating microns available to ensure long-lasting quality. All of our pieces are lead- and nickel-free. However, if you have metal sensitivities, we recommend upgrading to the solid silver core for added comfort and peace of mind.

 

ELECTROFORMING WITH SOLID SILVER

Solid silver electroformed pieces are similar to our copper pieces, but offer an even higher level of quality. We begin with a sterling silver band, and the piece is formed in pure silver. You can choose to keep your piece in solid silver, or opt for a thick layer of plating in 18K rose gold or 18K gold. As always, all of our pieces are lead- and nickel-free.  If you have any metal sensitivities or plan to keep this piece for a long time, we highly recommend upgrading to solid silver.

 

WILL THEY TURN MY FINGER GREEN?


There are a lot of awesome benefits to wearing pure copper but it can cause a slight discoloration on your finger after coming in contact with water, lotions or soaps, certain skin ph levels, or after wearing for long periods of time. This only happens to certain people. While we know it can be bothersome at times, it is completely harmless and washes off with a touch of soap & water. It does not mean the piece is cheaply made or anything like that. We always use the highest quality materials. Some people can also get a slight discoloration from rose gold because of the copper in the gold that gives it that gorgeous pink hue. We recommend solid silver and left silver or solid silver with gold to avoid any type of discolorations.

 

WILL THE PLATING WEAR OFF?

As with any plated jewelry, the plating can start to fade over time. We plate with the thickest possible to ensure it will last as long as possible. Every once in awhile we will get a piece that doesn't get a good connection during plating. We don't know this happened until the plating wears off much quicker than normal. It happens in about 1 in every 200 rings we send out. We always guarantee our pieces and plating and will do our best to get any issue fixed as quick as possible! If an issue happens on our end, we will also send you a prepaid return label so that you do not have to be inconvenienced by shipping costs and standing in long post office lines. We do our best to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with your experience.

 

 HOW OFTEN DO YOU RE-STOCK?



Our re-stocks usually only happen 3-4 times per year. Custom Birthstone Rings and Necklaces go quickly. Make sure that you have joined our newsletter (at the bottom of this page) so you can be the first to receive updates on re-stocks.

We can offer wholesale pricing on non-customized pieces with a minimum order. We are very particular about the shops that carry our items and we must verify each shop. Please contact our team to request wholesale info.
