WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?
The production time will vary depending on the item ordered. Each piece is hand crafted and made to order. We try to list updated production times at the top of each listing, however those times can change due to a higher volume orders, especially during the holiday's or sale's. If you need the item for a specific event, please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate your requests. Please note that shipping time is not included in the production time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. International shipping is typically around $10-$15 depending on where you are located (calculated at checkout) and shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on location. Please be aware that once your order arrives in the country of destination, it may be subjected to additional fees and/or custom duties. Indigo Row is not responsible for these fees.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ship through USPS via First Class Mail. It normally takes 3-5 days depending on location, weather, and shipping volumes with USPS. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order is being prepared for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving this email. Also please keep in mind that often during USPS' busy time's the tracking will not update, however, feel free to contact our team with any questions if it's past the 48 hour window.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their experience here at Indigo Row. We believe in the quality of our pieces and customer service is our top priority. We will accept exchanges/returns on non-customized pieces within 14 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we CANNOT accept returns on customized pieces, but we are happy to do what we can to ensure you are happy with the outcome. Please contact our team with any concerns.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES?
Yes! We always try to use the highest quality possible when creating pretty pieces for you but sometimes things can happen. We offer a 60 day warranty on chains, clasps, jump rings, plating & stones. If you have any issues with any of your items, please contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
HOW DO WE CARE FOR OUR JEWELRY?
We want your pieces to last as long as possible but we also want them to get lots of love. Although we create them with every day use in mind, please see our Care Instructions page for more tips on always keeping them in tip top shape.
WILL THE PLATING WEAR OFF?
As with any plated jewelry, the plating can start to fade over time. We plate with the thickest plating possible and seal each piece twice to ensure it will last as long as possible. We use a Palladium (Platinum family) barrier in between the Copper and Gold so that the Copper never has the chance to push through the Gold layer. If for any reason the plating starts to wear or fade, please contact us and we can coordinate sending it back and we can plate it again and reseal it. Any local jeweler can also plate it for you.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RE-STOCK?
Our re-stocks usually happen monthly. Mama's rings and necklaces tend to go quickly. Make sure that you have joined our newsletter (at the bottom of this page) so you can be the first to receive updates on re-stocks before they are all gone.
DO YOU COLLABORATE?
We love seeing our pieces on as many people as possible and love teaming up with influencers and other businesses. Feel free to contact our team to set up a collaboration.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
We can offer wholesale pricing on non-customized pieces with a minimum order. We are very particular about the shops that carry our items and we must verify each shop. Please contact our team to request wholesale info.
