Zircon Statement Ring

All of our rings are handmade to order. These Zircon stones are naturally mined from the earth, not cubic zirconia. They make gorgeous daily wear rings, wedding band replacements, or engagement rings.

Details:

• Band is approx 2.5 mm wide
  
• Available in Gold, Rose Gold, and Silver.
• If you’d like to upgrade to solid silver, you can add that on at checkout. This option is an additional $45 and has a longer production time of about two weeks.
• We use copper or solid silver for the core in the electroforming process. Solid silver is recommended if you have metal sensitivities. All pieces are lead- and nickel-free

The Process:

Each stone ring is made using a unique process called electroforming. We start with a simple hammered copper band (or a sterling silver band if you choose the solid silver core option) and transform it into a one-of-a-kind piece that is sure to catch the eyes and capture the hearts of everyone who sees it.

We take special care in hand-selecting and placing each stone on the band. This step is critical because it determines the final design of the ring. The ring is then placed in a solution for up to 14 hours while the metal (copper or silver, depending on your choice) builds up and forms around the stones. We closely monitor the process to ensure everything forms as it should—each one is truly unique!

After the electroforming process, the ring is tumbled to perfection and plated with the highest quality, thickest plating available. Once the plating is complete, the rings are sealed and then sealed again to ensure they stay looking as good as new with everyday wear.
